2. Services Provided

We offer house washing, driveway cleaning, patio cleaning, exterior surface cleaning, and pressure/soft washing. All services are performed at residential properties and may vary depending on the condition of the surface being cleaned.

3. Estimates

All estimates provided are based on the visible condition of the property at the time of assessment. Final pricing may be adjusted if additional cleaning is required, surface conditions differ from what was visible during the estimate, or extra areas are added to the scope of work. Customers will be notified of any changes before additional work is performed.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due after the completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We accept the following payment methods:

5. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, we request at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time to other customers.

6. Property Conditions and Pre-Existing Damage

BrightHouse Exterior Cleaning LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions on your property. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Loose or improperly installed siding
  • Cracked or deteriorating concrete
  • Deteriorated or peeling paint
  • Pre-existing structural damage
  • Poorly sealed windows or doors

Customers are responsible for disclosing any known pre-existing conditions before service begins.
